In early 2020, the Betsson Group acquired well-known brands such as Rizk, Thrills, Guts, GutsXpress and Kaboo, collectively known as Zecure Gaming. Zecure Gaming is constantly growing and we currently have over 100 employees coming from different countries and different backgrounds. HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED AT BETSSON – ZECURE GAMING?

I have worked at Betsson for almost three years. I originally started on the Emerging Markets team, where I was launching Betsson in countries and markets where it had never been before. I joined Zecure in early 2021.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY?

I am the commercial director of Zecure Gaming and my goal is to make the company a success. At the same time, however, I want to take care of the company’s work culture and my wish is to create a team and an organization with a so-called winner mentality. I hope all our employees feel that they have all the prerequisites to grow and advance in their careers. It is also extremely important to me that all members of the team understand the big picture and the end goal – this is achieved through transparency and good communication. In other words, my short-term goal is to identify our challenges and prioritize solutions. My medium-term goal is to grow my business, and my long-term goal is to nurture the careers of the people who have made Zecure a success.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT WORKING AT ZECURE?

People. I enjoy working with people from different cultures and nationalities and I like that there is a strong dynamic between the teams. I am also highly motivated by my goal of succeeding in creating Zecure where all employees can advance in their careers and develop even better. I also really enjoy the daily challenges, they keep me motivated. Also, being responsible for creating quality products for our customers in a safe and responsible environment gives me great satisfaction.

WHAT ARE YOUR TOP FIVE QUALITIES?

I am fair, passionate, team player, determined and optimistic.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SPORT AND TEAM?

Football and Manchester United! I lived in the UK for over 8 years, and English football culture became a really big part of me.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE GAMES ON RIZK?
